YES! IWS Transportation will be available (Passes are $10/per person per day-in advance; $20 onsite) NOTE: Buses will run on a schedule during evening services only. If you miss the bus, there will be no reimbursement! *There are a LIMITED Amount of Bus Passes available. Please be sure to secure your seat in advance during the registration process.

RETURNED CHECK FEE is $35.00
Credit Card Payments. There is a $5 surcharge for credit card usage PER REGISTRATION.

Please note that all fees are non-refundable. If you have an emergency or situation that will cause you to miss the conference and you have already paid your registration/fees, you may transfer your registration/advance payments to another person within the same year; however, you may not transfer one year’s fees to another year.

e) Liturgical Dance/Mime/Drama: Discover and examine techniques and spiritual disciplines to enhance your dance, mine and drama ministries.
f) Artist Boot Camp: Spend quality time with current Gospel music industry leaders. Focused sessions will deal with: 21st Century Gospel artists; How New artists can successfully navigate the challenges of the Gospel Music Industry and much more! This is a must attend for all artists who are passionate about their call!

There are TWO TYPES of Registration: ADULT or STUDENT
*Any person (no matter what age) who is a student (must show valid Student I.D. at registration) can register as a student.
There are (4) Registration CLASSIFICATIONS: 1) WARRIORS CIRCLE; 2) VIP, 3) FULL, or 4) ONE DAY Thurs/Friday
**NOTE: SATURDAY ONLY is FREE

FULL REGISTRATION includes Conference bag, insert materials, daytime/night sessions/late night; Conference Registrant Premium Seating
ONE-DAY Registration is for Thursday/Friday ONLY and includes entry to all daytime sessions for one day

VENDORS ARE WELCOME!
IWS 2017 welcomes vendors who have products/services that they would like to make available to GH Delegates. NOTE: Vendors will be allowed to display/sell during Daytime ONLY (hours: Thurs/Friday/Sat: 7am – 6pm) at HOST HOTEL. There will be NO Vendors allowed at the HOST CHURCH.
All Vendors must furnish a description of products/services/pricings to be displayed/sold at the Praise and Worship Conference. Sales of any products/services that conflict with GH Worship mission will be disallowed.
All vendor booths will be located in the HOST HOTEL. Prime positioning and exposure to over 1000 DEDICATED Daytime Delegates! First consideration will be given to vendors who sell ministry-related goods. ALL Vendors must be approved in advance and must sign a VENDOR AGREEMENT (available @ gospelheritage.org OR via email request: email@example.com)
VENDOR FEE: $499 (Register online: gospelheritage.org) or get downloadable VENDOR form at the website and complete and register by mail or email.
How can YOU perform at GH IWS 2017?
Be part of the MASS PRAISE TEAM
Singers and musicians. You must be registered for the entire conference (there is no additional fee for this!) *Select “Mass Praise Team” (Optional Item)
Be part of the GH Dance Division.
Liturgical Dancers/Mimes. You must be registered for the entire conference (there is no additional fee for this!) *Select “Dance Division.
Be an ARTIST SPONSOR
Artists present on main platform @ main service. There is additional fee for this! *Send an email of inquiry to: firstname.lastname@example.org FEES: Daytime 7 minute slot – $500; Evening 7 minute slot – $750. (Tracks only)
HOW CAN I VOLUNTEER?
We are always looking for reliable volunteers to assist during the conference. There are over 15 different areas of ministry service available. In order to register to for one of our volunteer positions please visit the www.gospelheritage.org website and click the link for “2017 IWS volunteer”.
Dress casually and comfortably. There is no mandatory dress code. During the morning/daytime sessions we recommend jeans or comfortable attire. Friday is TSHIRT day, and we encourage all delegates to wear their Gospel Heritage T-Shirt!
During the evenings, we recommend that you dress as you would for church service.
WHEN SHOULD YOU ARRIVE IN HOUSTON?
We recommend that you arrive on Wednesday afternoon or evening. For those delegates who are participating in Mass Praise Team, you will be required to attend a rehearsal at the Host Hotel on Wednesday night. You may also pick up your registration badge and materials on Wednesday — starting at 6pm at the Host Hotel.
USE OF ELECTRONIC OR DIGITAL EQUIPMENT
The use of electronic or digital equipment, including, but not limited to, laptops, tablets, iPads, personal digital assistants (PDAs), cell phones, pagers, cameras and audio or video recorders is prohibited during the sessions and services. Students may use such devices during breaks and outside of the sanctuary and classrooms.
There will be opportunities for speakers/artists/authors to sign their products between sessions. Please do not ask speakers/artists/authors for autographs on anything other than their products. Please be courteous, respectful, and supportive to your classmates and speakers/artists/authors, realizing that they have limited time between sessions.
If you are a MEDIA PROFESSIONAL, please REQUEST MEDIA CREDENTIALS via email@example.com for the conference in the MEDIA area (gospelheritage.org) – you will need to provide credentials that prove that you represent a recognized media outlet.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO:
The use of devices for video or photography, including cameras and cell phones, is strictly prohibited during services and classes. We do not allow taking photographs or video during our sessions to respect the privacy of our speakers/participants and to maintain the integrity of our audio/video taping.
